In order to examine the effectiveness of the program, three instructors practiced face-to-face lessons and distance lessons on human relations theory aimed at developing communication skills. It was conducted for 102 nursing students during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The five teaching materials for distance learning are; (a) My silhouette: Draw a contour of the body and express oneself with colors; (b)“Does the egg stand?”: Stand raw eggs independently by hands; (c) Nature exploration: Be alone for an hour and spend time in nature without using words;(d) Read the text“Charm of glowing mud dumplings”; (e) Describe the relationship between the experience of the program of human relations theory and nursing. The descriptive data of these students was quantitatively text-analyzed. As a results; (1)The effectiveness of the program was demonstrated by the fact that the instructor’s aim for each teaching materials and the student’s perception showed similar tendency, regardless of the distance assignment class and the difference in the instructors; (2) The influence of the instructor’s bodywork was reflected in the student’s description, even with the same teaching materials; (3)The elements of the theory of human relationships were“expression, involvement, feeling, movement, speaking, listening, experience, and communication.”These elements show similar tendency in“mind-body awareness”work and“awareness”is a base for both works; (4) The words related to“others”in nursing were frequently appeared as a characteristic of nursing students; (5) This program can be a communication skill development program for nursing students and it has possibility to apply for general college students.}, pages = {85--102}, title = {看護学生のコミュニケーションスキル育成のためのレジリエンスプログラム ― COVID-19禍の人間関係論 ―}, volume = {6}, year = {2022}, yomi = {タカハシ, カズコ and イトウ, マキ} }
