Subsequently, when the content of the policy\nwas examined, an understanding was reached that in addition to guidance at the school in which\nthe student engaging in teaching practice is stationed, guidance received at the university in which\nthey are enrolled is important. In particular, it is vital that the “preparedness” of those students\nto be sent out for teaching practice is fully verified and that the universities actively cooperate with\nschools hosting trainees in order to prevent the guidance at those schools from becoming atrophic.\nSecuring applicants to the teaching profession is an issue, but the “quality” of teachers should not\nbe allowed to deteriorate.
