Results clarify that, behind the formulation of “The Type of Teaching Practice that Shizuoka Prefecture Strives For (Implementation Policy for Teaching Practice)” is a response to a decrease in the number of applicants to become teachers, with the Prefectural Board of Education aiming to secure the numbers of people motivated to enter into the profession by allowing them to experience the attractiveness of teaching through teaching practice. Subsequently, when the content of the policy was examined, an understanding was reached that in addition to guidance at the school in which the student engaging in teaching practice is stationed, guidance received at the university in which they are enrolled is important. In particular, it is vital that the “preparedness” of those students to be sent out for teaching practice is fully verified and that the universities actively cooperate with schools hosting trainees in order to prevent the guidance at those schools from becoming atrophic. Securing applicants to the teaching profession is an issue, but the “quality” of teachers should not be allowed to deteriorate. Therefore, it is necessary to further enhance “pre and post placement guidance” with reference to the “Shizuoka Prefectural Teacher Training Index.”  Going forward, we would like to clarify how those on the school side perceived the policy when it was formulated as well as issues on the ground that accompany the policy in schools.}, pages = {1--12}, title = {「静岡県が目指す教育実習(教育実習の実施方針)」の策定の経緯と目的 に関する一考察 ―中学校・高等学校の教育実習に着目して―}, volume = {6}, year = {2022} }
