The purpose of this study is to explore the impact on students and whether it was an opportunity to think about maintaining and improving health.Twenty-seven students participated in 16 practical practices including health surveys (locomome test, bone density measurement, blood hemoglobin level measurement) over 2 days. A textual analysis of students’ free descriptions was performed. As a result, four things became clear. (1) The motivation for attending the course was to have an interest and interest in health, to engage with others. (2) The class evaluation was high. (3) As a result of three health surveys, the students were in good health, and their interest in physical health was encouraged.
